General Questions FAQs
Our training modules are meticulously crafted to cater to your organization’s unique needs. We understand that one size doesn’t fit all, so we tailor our modules to address your specific challenges. Whether it’s enhancing effective communication, mastering leadership, or navigating crises, our approach is adaptable and results-driven.
To sign up for a course, fill out the registration form. You will be prompted to pay immediately by adding the course to your cart and proceeding to check-out.
If your organization has a contract with us already, and is paying for the course, you will be prompted to fill out and send us additional documentation in order to complete the registration process.
Once payment is confirmed, you are officially registered for the training program and will receive a confirmation email. You will receive the course details (Zoom meeting link, materials, any additional instructions) 72 hours before class start date, if not sooner.
Certificates are awarded to 3-month program participants who attend and successfully complete the course, showing commitment to their personal development and progression.
Cancellations made at least four weeks prior to course commencement will qualify for a full refund of the course fees. We regret that a fee must be charged when confirmed bookings are cancelled or transferred to future dates and that change is notified to us within 2 weeks of the start date of the program. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
The number of participants per program will vary depending on various factors. Our goal is to have a maximum of 12 to 15 participants per program, with a minimum of 5. If a minimum of participants is not reached during a specific timetable, this does not mean your course will be cancelled, but that start date may be delayed. For customized training programs, number of participants is agreed on in advance with the client.
All of our training programs are held over Zoom. You will need a good internet connection, a Zoom account, and camera and microphone capabilities on your laptop/PC. We also ask that you be in a quiet space for training sessions, free of interruptions, for your optimal learning experience and that of other participants. Training materials will be sent once the program registration process is finalized for all participants.
If for some reason, you cannot attend a training session, please advise with 24 hours in advance. Participants are granted up to 3 absences (with 24-hour notice) during a 3-month training program, to still qualify for certificate of completion. If there is more than one edition of your program running, you are welcome to attend a session to make-up for your missing session, upon request. We cannot guarantee there will be more than one program edition at any given time.

As many of our clients are German and we are based in Spain, no sessions will be held on German or EU recognized holidays. Sessions programed for those dates will be rescheduled TBD as agreed on by participants and trainer.

One-to-One Executive Coaching
Embarking on a one-to-one executive coaching journey is straightforward. It begins with a consultation where we discuss your goals and challenges. Once we’ve established a clear path forward, we engage in a coaching partnership designed to empower your growth and development.
Your progress is a priority. We employ a range of assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track your development. Regular check-ins, goal setting, and performance evaluations ensure that we’re on track to meet your objectives.
Executive coaching is a collaborative effort. We expect coachees to actively engage in the process, which may include completing assignments, attending sessions, and applying new insights. The level of commitment required will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation phase to ensure a successful coaching journey.
Any variation in coaching session timetable (i.e., cancelling or rescheduling a session) must be made with a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice. Failure to provide 48-hour notice prior to session, and session cannot be rescheduled. As one-to-one coaching is booked in packs of 4 sessions, participants may request to reschedule one session per pack of 4 sessions.
Even though (we believe) the Coaching process is miraculous, change doesn’t happen overnight. We’d be doing you a disservice if we told you otherwise. We find 4 sessions are the bare minimum to create lasting improvements.
